Intro to Tarot: The Basics of Card Divination as a Spiritual Practice

According to the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, spiritual well-being includes exploring personal beliefs, values, and finding meaning in life that does not have to be aligned with a religion but may include belief in a higher power. As part of the Wellness Wednesdays Series, the Intercultural Center in collaboration with WellGael invites you to learn about the basics of Tarot reading as a spiritual practice.

 

Attendees will learn about the cultural histories of Tarot in this program, in addition to learning about the minor and major arcanas. Attendees will also learn skills in meaning-making through symbolism, imagery and Tarot art and how Tarot is linked to nature and the environment through hands-on practice. 

 

The first 25 people to RSVP will receive their very own brand new Tarot deck. Folx who have a Tarot deck they already work with can bring their own to the program.
